Milford, Michigan

Milford is a village located in southwest Oakland County, in the state of Michigan. At the time of the 2010 census, it is home to approximately 6,300 residents. The central business district of the village boasts stellar dining and shopping experiences, as well as natural amenities for all ages to explore and enjoy. This quaint area in Oakland County has a lively downtown area where you can find great restaurants, unique local shops, and family-owned businesses. Its local parks are perfect for biking and hiking trails. It is one of the most family-friendly towns in the area, with its excellent local government departments and amazing academic opportunities for children.

The Village of Milford is 2.5 square miles nestled in southwest Oakland County and is easily accessible by major roadways.  The village is known for being the home of the Milford General Motors Proving Ground.  Located roughly 34 miles from Detroit, in less than an hour you can be in a big city, offering many “big city” ammenities.
