In this video, we will discuss real estate disclosures in Michigan. There are 2 types of real estate disclosures, seller’s condition disclosures and lead paint disclosures. Both are essential tools when determining if you want to make an offer. A seller fills these out on their own. They are equally important to both buyer and seller in a transaction.
